Schminka Club - BONUS PROGRAM

The Schminka Club loyalty bonus program is a way of thanking you for your purchases in our e-shop. With our loyalty program, you can collect points and use these points as a discount on your next purchases.

1) Collect points - When you shop at our e-shop, you not only get great products, but you also get points as a reward for your loyalty. These points are automatically credited to your loyalty account, meaning the more you shop, the more points you'll have available. Collecting points is easy and gives you additional benefits on your subsequent purchases.

2) Points for purchases - Points for purchases are added to your account immediately after payment of the order. The amount of points earned is calculated using the exchange rate, where you get 1 Make-Up for 100 CZK.

3) Other activities - In addition to shopping, you can earn points for other activities - Registration of 50 Face Paints, Birthday 50 Face Paints, Holiday 25 Face Paints

4) Use your points - When you have enough points, you can use them as a discount for your next purchases in our e-shop. This means you will be able to shop at lower prices or even get products for free. Your discount will be calculated at the exchange rate where 1 Schminkaček is equal to a discount of 2 CZK.

5) Track your progress - After logging into your account, you can check your current points balance and your transaction history on our e-shop at any time. This allows you to always be well informed and enjoy all the benefits of our loyalty program.

6) Validity of points - Your points are valid for 365 days. Therefore, use them ahead of time.

7) Combination of discounts - You cannot use points and apply a discount coupon on one order. If you want to use the coupon, you will not be able to discount the order by using points and vice versa. The used discount coupon affects the total amount of the order and thus also the total number of points earned.

8) Returning goods - When you return the purchased product, you also return the earned points. your points balance will be recalculated back to the original state before this purchase.

9) Additional Information - Bonus points are not currency and have no real monetary value. We reserve the right to change the parameters of the program at any time, or to cancel it. In the event of program abuse or fraud, sanctions will include suspension of the customer's right to participate in this program. Bonus points cannot be redeemed when exchanging goods.
